With a background in electrical and computer engineering from UCT and six years building production systems across FinTech, startups, and consulting — including time at Ekko, a conservation-focused payments business — I started Tugela to bring engineering rigour to organisations that off-the-shelf tools can't serve. Not with a generic playbook, but by getting into the detail of how an organisation actually works and building something that fits.
