Store Health Radar

Head office could see the numbers but not the reasons. We prototyped a system that reads the operating data, writes the diagnosis, and turns it into an assigned task before anyone opens a spreadsheet.

Built as a working prototype for a 20-store retail group, then commissioned and taken in-house to build out.

Mangrove Biodiversity and Condition Action Mapping

Wetland scientists needed to compare local field data against global datasets, across languages, at scale. We built the platform that does it: a geospatial research tool with analysis grounded in peer-reviewed literature.

GigaHub

A gaming brand that wanted a storefront you could walk around in rather than scroll through. We built the environment, the product placements, and the routes between them.

Haumanskloof Nature Reserve

A working reserve in the Breede Valley that visitors could not find. The site had to carry the quiet of the place and still take a booking on a phone with one bar of signal.

Built mobile first, because that is how every guest arrives.
